Description

The series fully automatic filling machines are for the production of 200ml to 2000ml bottling with integration of rinser, filler and capper. DGP series is suitable for rinsing, filling and capping process in mass production of PET bottling as drinking water, such as mineral water or pure water. DGF series are suitable for PET hot filling beverage (fruit juice, tea beverage, etc.). The series adopt back-flow type filling valve. The series also can be used for normal temperature filling.

DGX series are suitable for PET bottling for carbonated beverage automatic mass production, adopt negative pressure filling. Bottle neck suspension holding structure is adopted for above machines to assure the machine using for different bottle designs. They are with controlling system of frequency converter PLC and man-machine interface.
